Luther Center
Luther Center offers one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a number of Assisted Living apartments, which offer additional services. Rent is based on income and is calculated at 30% of your adjusted income. Applicants must be 62 years of age or older, or disabled. To qualify for rent subsidy, applicants must meet income guidelines as determined by HUD.
